Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are packed and shipped from the United States by MagiUSA LLC.
Pre-orders: shipped within 90 days
The First Edition is sold as a pre-order: every order ships within 90 days of the date you place it, and we email you when it ships.
If we cannot ship on time
If we learn that we cannot ship your order within 90 days, we will email you promptly — before the date passes — with a new estimated ship date (or tell you plainly that we cannot yet estimate one) and a free way to answer: just reply to that email.
- If the new date is no more than 30 days after the original one, we keep your order unless you tell us you want to cancel.
- If the new date is more than 30 days later, or we cannot give a date, we need your OK to keep your order. If we do not hear from you, we cancel it and refund you in full.
- You can always cancel for a full refund before your order ships. No reason needed, no restocking fee.
Refunds for cancelled orders
We send refunds within 7 business days of a cancellation, to the payment method you used. How quickly it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
When your order ships
Orders are shipped in the order they were placed. You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel ships.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund. We cannot be responsible for carrier misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will always help you sort it out.
