Who you are buying from
These terms apply to orders placed on buygreenlandnow.com, operated by Magic International Group Limited, a Hong Kong company (registered office: Flat 03, 15/F, Carnival Commercial Building, 18 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong). Orders are shipped, and returns received, by MagiUSA LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].
What we sell
We sell ceramic tealight houses: novelty home decor and gift items. No land, property, territory or rights of any kind in Greenland or anywhere else are included in any purchase.
BuyGreenlandNow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government or government agency, political party, campaign or candidate, or the governments of the United States, Greenland or Denmark.
Pre-orders
First Edition items are sold as pre-orders and ship within 90 days of the order date. Our pre-order commitments — a shipping email, advance notice and a refund option if the 90-day date cannot be met, and a full refund available at any time before your order ships — are set out in our Shipping & Pre-Order Policy. The first production run of the First Edition is limited to 1,000 houses (a four-color set counts as four). We will not accept pre-orders beyond that limit, and orders already paid are always honored.
Product images
Images marked as concept renders show the intended design. The finished ceramic product may vary in colour, finish and detail; if what you receive is materially different from what we described, it counts as not what you ordered under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
Safe use
These are candle holders. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and place it on a stable heat-resistant surface. The ceramic becomes hot while a candle is lit. Use an LED tealight if you want a flame-free glow. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by unsafe candle use.
Returns
See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
