FAQ

Is this a real product?

Yes. It’s a glazed ceramic house that holds a tealight. It’s sold as a pre-order: it ships within 90 days of your order, and you can cancel for a full refund anytime before it ships.

Who sells it, and where does it ship from?

It’s sold by Magic International Group Limited, a Hong Kong company and distributed in the U.S. exclusively by MagiUSA LLC, which ships orders from the United States to U.S. addresses only. Returns go to MagiUSA’s U.S. address too, so you won’t ship anything overseas.

Is this official campaign, party or government merchandise?

No. BuyGreenlandNow is an independent commercial product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any campaign, party, candidate or government. Buying one is not a political contribution.

Am I buying land in Greenland?

No. It’s a novelty gift. No land, property or rights of any kind are included.

Why are the pictures renders?

Because it’s a pre-order. The product images are concept renders, and every one is labeled “Concept render”. The finished piece may vary slightly.

How much is it?

$29.99 for one house, or $99.99 for all four colors. U.S. shipping is free.

When will it ship? Can I cancel?

It ships within 90 days of your order. If we expect to miss that date, we’ll tell you before it passes, and you can wait or take a full refund. You can also cancel for a full refund anytime before your order ships.

What if it arrives broken, or I want to return it?

Arrived broken? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you, and you won’t need to send the broken one back. Changed your mind? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping for a change-of-mind return is at your cost. Returns are received by MagiUSA LLC at its U.S. address, which we email to you with the return instructions.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

You pay on WorldFirst’s secure hosted payment page; your card details are never entered on this site. WorldFirst is an international payments company founded in London in 2004. We don’t add any payment fees. Your card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee, because payment is processed outside the U.S.

Why are Greenland’s houses different colors?

Traditionally, the colors told you what a building was for: red for churches and schools, yellow for doctors and hospitals, blue for fisheries, green for radio and telecom.

Are there reviews?

Not yet. Nobody has received one. We only publish reviews from verified buyers.

What does “first run: 1,000 houses” mean?

The first production run of the First Edition is limited to 1,000 houses. The count you see on this site comes from real paid orders. Once the run is fully claimed we stop taking orders for it, and any later run will be announced separately. A four-color set counts as four houses.

Where do you ship?

United States addresses only, for now. Shipping is free.

Is the Greenland House a collectible? Will it be worth more one day?

It’s made to be kept: glazed ceramic, fired in a kiln, with the lettering raised in the clay, and the First Edition’s first run is limited to 1,000 houses. We don’t promise it will be worth more one day. Nobody can honestly promise that.

Who makes the Greenland House?

It’s made by a ceramics manufacturer with a background in classic collectible houses, including Delft Blue miniature canal houses: up to one million of them in a single year. It’s sold by Magic International Group Limited and distributed in the U.S. exclusively by MagiUSA LLC.

Who is behind BuyGreenlandNow?
