What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you type into the checkout: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. We use these to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
When you browse the site, our hosting and security systems record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
Payments
Card and payment details are handled by our payment processor and are entered on their systems, not stored on ours. We never see or store your full card number.
We email you about your own order — confirmation, production updates, shipping. If you opt in to marketing email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
Sharing
We share your details only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, MagiUSA LLC (which packs and ships your order), our shipping carrier, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

Where your information is processed
We run this store from Hong Kong, and your order is packed and shipped in the United States by MagiUSA LLC. Your order details are processed in both places, and shared with our payment provider, so your information may be processed outside the United States. This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit.
